About Linea Atelier

Linea Atelier works with garments that need a new shape, a better fit, or a fresh purpose. Every project begins with a careful review of the fabric, construction, and requested result.

Remodelling with care and clarity

We handle alterations, redesign consultations, and upcycling projects with a written scope before work begins. That means you know what is being adjusted, what can realistically be achieved, and when additional approval is needed.

Our studio is appointment-led in Curitiba, with fitting sessions designed to give each piece the attention it needs. From vintage garments to sentimental clothing, we focus on practical results that respect the original material.

What guides our work

Values behind every project

Linea Atelier is shaped by a practical approach to tailoring, remodelling, and upcycling. The goal is not to force a garment into a promise it cannot keep, but to shape the best result the material can support.

01

Clear scope

We explain the alteration scope before work begins and confirm any extra steps before proceeding. That keeps each project clear, practical, and aligned with the garment in front of us.

02

Material-led design

Redesign work is guided by the fabric, seams, grain, and condition of the original piece. The concept is approved before production, and supplementary materials are quoted separately when needed.

03

Measured fit

Fit outcomes depend on the garment's construction and available seam allowances, so every fitting is handled with realistic expectations and careful review at collection.

04

Thoughtful finishing

When original thread or trims are available, we use them to keep the finished piece consistent. If matching materials are not available, we discuss the options before moving ahead.

Our story

How the studio developed

Built from years of hands-on tailoring work, the studio developed a clear method for altering garments without losing sight of their original character.

2017

2017

Linea Atelier began with a focus on thoughtful alterations and careful fit checks, building a process that values precision and transparency from the first visit.

Later expansion

Redesign grows

As more clients brought garments with strong fabric, sentimental value, or outdated proportions, the work expanded into redesign and upcycling projects shaped by the material already available.

Today

Current process

Today, each project moves through assessment, concept review, approval, and finishing, so the final result reflects both the garment and the practical limits of its construction.
