Yes. We assess the garment, fabric, and requested fit before sharing a final quote, so the price reflects the actual work involved.
For redesign projects, the quote is based on the approved concept, the garment condition, and any supplementary materials needed. Those materials are quoted separately when required.
A deposit of 30 percent is required for redesign projects after concept approval. The remaining balance is settled at collection.
Turnaround depends on the project and workshop capacity. Redesign work is typically scheduled within 10 to 20 business days after approval, while fitting times are arranged by appointment.
